伊蓮嘰嘰喳喳

有一份禮物, 二千多年前從天上來
在一個平安的夜晚
有一顆明星從天而降

那是聖誕明星 發出光芒 照亮萬邦

從今年開始, 聖誕節對我有了不同的意義與紀念了.  因為在今年聖誕節的第二天2010年12月26日, 我受洗了.
 


我的外甥, 外甥女, 姊姊在我受洗的前一晚親手做的卡片上寫著:
~~ I am very happy that you came to know God and getting baptized.  May God bless you wherever you go!  ~from Benjamin

5年前, 在我懷著卡卡的時候, 我的姊姊邀請我與我的先生去台北懷恩堂做禮拜, 因而為我輕啟了一扇基督的門.  也在那時, 認識了姊姊教會的姐妹Esther (牧師夫人).  Esther熱心且溫暖地教我們如何禱告, 並諄諄地介紹我們認識上帝與耶穌, 讓我們得以從門外窺探基督的世界.  從此, 禱告成為了我的生活習慣之一.  禱告的力量陪我度過不少生活與心情的起起落落.

當了5年的慕道友後, 上帝為我安排了一個很完美的時間表, 讓我在進入不惑的這一年決定受洗. 
 

奉聖父, 聖子, 聖靈的名施以洗禮.  感謝主, 讓我在這個最好的時刻成為上帝的兒女.


 

卡卡與阿特年紀太小, 所以施以點水禮, 等孩子長大滿12歲之後, 再由孩子自己決定是否要施以浸水受洗.

來觀禮的我的家人以及有事而無法來的我的家人啊, 認識上帝是件非常美好的事, 下一位會是誰要先來洗呢?

歌曲一: You raise me up ~~ 這首曲子是要送給我的先生.  聖經上說, 先生是家裡的頭.  我真的很期待有那麼一天, 你也願意一起來做上帝的兒女, 並且帶領著我們一家四口一起做禱告, 一起祈求上帝的恩典與慈愛與我們長存.  我知道你也很喜歡You raise me up這首曲子. 信靠上帝, 你將更能體會歌詞中所寫的"力量".

歌曲二: Thank you~~ 這首曲子是要送給我的寶貝女兒卡卡與寶貝兒子阿特的.  這個聖誕節的前一個週末, 我們一起參加了音樂老師Caly在自家辦的一場溫馨的聖誕音樂會.  你們非常出乎我意料外地全程參與了整場音樂會.


音樂會中播放了下面這首曲子<Thank you>, 媽媽覺得很感動.  雖然我沒有權利決定你們未來的信仰.  但是, 認識上帝是件很美好的事, 媽媽希望能讓你們多多認識祂.  也期望, 以後你們長大, 回憶年少歲月時, 也能感受到Thank You 這首曲子中所說的感謝~ Thank you for giving to the Lord.
